EPS IN-MOLD construction
In-mold technology allows the outer polycarbonate outer shell to be molded with expandable polystyrene (EPS) directly during the injection phase of the shock-absorbing foam. The result is a much more rigid structure that is anti-knock and extremely light, allowing for a better ventilation system. The combined action of the EPS structure, the polycarbonate cap and the exoskeleton creates a resistance to the mechanical impact exerted by an impact and disperses the energy to prevent it from hitting the head of the person wearing the helmet carries, is transferred.
