Description
The TRANSIRO INFINITO R3 is a triathlon shoe that combines a stiff sole with a quick foot entry and finely adjustable fit.
A triathlon cycling shoe featuring a combination of a Velcro Powerstrap and Boa® dial for quick and secure closure, a polyurethane laminated mesh upper for ventilation and support, and an R3 unidirectional carbon outsole for direct power transfer.
The mesh upper is highly breathable while being effectively supportive thanks to PU lamination on targeted areas that ensure all power is efficiently transferred to the pedals.
The Volume Control System enables a differentiated adjustment of the fit in the instep and forefoot area, the shape and volume of which can vary greatly depending on the athlete. The combination of a powerstrap and a BOA dial is the ideal balance for an Olympic format: first a quick and secure closure, then a fine-tunable adjustment for a precise fit.
INFINITE
Forefoot space can be regulated using Infinito, a fit tuning feature. Infinito balances out tension and further eliminates pressure points by using textile webbing instead of plastic lace guides. This closure system acts on a larger area of the shoe's upper, pulling the eyelet area evenly inward from all directions for a more supportive and comfortable fit.
R3 OUTSOLE
The race-ready unidirectional R3 full carbon outsole offers ultimate power transfer and has been modified with extra-wide ventilation cutouts that have even higher breathability than their street counterparts.
To ease the transition, the instep powerstrap can be locked in the wide-open position for quick and easy foot entry, while the heel features a rubberized loop that makes it easier for those already clipped into the pedals to put on shoes.
